Yes you can, contact us through the contact us section of the website and we can organise for you to get an exchange or refund from the store nearest you.

If you are local you can go to any of our 8 stores. If you can’t get to a store you can contact us to organise a return. If it is a change of mind, return postage will be at the buyer's expense, if the item is faulty we will organise a return postage label for you to send the item back.

Once your returned item has been received and checked a refund will be issued within 24 hours in the same form as the original payment.

A gift card will be reissued for the amount of the item returned.

Yes, please contact us to organise any embroidery needs or queries you have. We can organise to have your clothing embroidered before collection or delivery.

The majority of embroidered logos are less than 10,000 stitches. A set up for a logo this size is $66.00 and application to each garment is $6.60, however, prices may differ due to detail and size of logos. Please contact us for a quote.
