If you have a faulty product please contact us through the website or your local store and we will assist you.
Can I return my purchase in a retail store?
Yes you can, contact us through the contact us section of the website and we can organise for you to get an exchange or refund from the store nearest you.
What are my options when I return an item bought from workclobber.com.au?
If you are local you can go to any of our 8 stores. If you can’t get to a store you can contact us to organise a return. If it is a change of mind, return postage will be at the buyer's expense, if the item is faulty we will organise a return postage label for you to send the item back.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and checked a refund will be issued within 24 hours in the same form as the original payment.
What will happen if I return an item purchased with my gift card?
A gift card will be reissued for the amount of the item returned.

Do you offer embroidery services?
Yes, please contact us to organise any embroidery needs or queries you have. We can organise to have your clothing embroidered before collection or delivery.
How much does embroidery cost?
The majority of embroidered logos are less than 10,000 stitches. A set up for a logo this size is $77.00 and application to each garment is $7, however, prices may differ due to detail and size of logos. Please contact us for a quote.
